Millions of people in the U.S. experience behavioral and emotional health issues, and the number has grown during COVID-19. If you or someone you love is dealing with stress, anxiety or depression, you don’t have to handle it alone.

Your Cigna health plan lets you connect virtually with licensed therapists or psychiatrists from the privacy of home. Simply use your computer or mobile device to connect by video or phone. You can:

  • Schedule online appointments with licensed counselors or psychiatrists.
  • Talk privately with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist (by appointment).
  • Get prescriptions sent directly to your local pharmacy, if appropriate.

To schedule a virtual care appointment, log in to myCigna®.**

You can also find information about a variety of behavioral health topics here .
